Low Sugar Oatmeal Cookies
(A Crosby’s Molasses Recipe)I made oatmeal refrigerator cookies for my husband today, trying to get some oats in him every day. Sure, he loved them… just about every traditional oatmeal cookie recipe calls for 2 cups of sugar. I just can’t do that to my husband, I just can’t do it. So, I hunted around and found this delicious recipe we can both eat and feel good about it. Give it a try, I used almond butter and walnuts plus Ghiardelli 60% cacao chocolate chips.
