Healthy Low Sugar Oatmeal Cookies

Low Sugar Oatmeal Cookies
(A Crosby’s Molasses Recipe)

I made oatmeal refrigerator cookies for my husband today, trying to get some oats in him every day. Sure, he loved them… just about every traditional oatmeal cookie recipe calls for 2 cups of sugar. I just can’t do that to my husband, I just can’t do it. So, I hunted around and found this delicious recipe we can both eat and feel good about it. Give it a try, I used almond butter and walnuts plus Ghiardelli 60% cacao chocolate chips.
